Security
All windows and doors come with multiple integrated locking points as standard. These locking points are all activated at the same time with a single movement of the handle. The locking points are hidden from view making them extremely difficult to identify and access during a break in.
This basic system provides a very high level of security, as the sash is locked against the frame around the entire unit. However, hardware upgrades, including extra locking points are available on request. This high level of integrated security minimises retrofitting expenditure considerably.
The inclusion of intruder resistant glass to the unit greatly enhances the units security.
Key lockable handles on windows provide extra security against break in, as even if the glass is broken, the sash will not be able to be opened. These handles are also ideal for childerens bedrooms, especially those upstairs.
All hardware is manufactured by Roto-Frank in Germany. Its burglar resistance has been tested to high German standards and comes with a ten year guarantee.
The combination of construction technique and hardware technology, create a window or door that is extremely secure, durable and robust, that will function as intended for decades with very little maintenance.
